Our client an emerging life science technology company at the intersection of pharmaceutical analytics, cloud technology, and spectroscopy is seeking an experienced CEO to lead its next phase of growth.

Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

The Role

As CEO, you will take overall responsibility for strategy, execution, and market positioning.
You will translate scientific and regulatory excellence into scalable, commercial success — balancing product validation, operational discipline, and controlled growth.

This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the business model, culture, and trajectory of a technology-driven company in the regulated healthcare sector.

The Key Responsibilities

  • Define and execute a scalable go-to-market strategy for validated analytical solutions.
  • Oversee technology development and regulatory validation across all product lines
  • Drive market access and B2B partnerships within pharma, healthcare, and life sciences across Europe.
  • Ensure full compliance with GMP, ICH, and CFR 21 Part 11 standards.
  • Build and lead an agile, cross-functional team committed to operational excellence and compliance.
  • Represent the company to investors, regulators, and strategic partners.

The Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Proven track record in pharmaceutical analytics, spectroscopy, medical devices or related life science technologies.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks (GMP, ICH, CFR 21 Part 11).
  • Demonstrated success in leading early-stage or scaling organizations.
  • B2B market experience in healthcare, pharma, or biotech.
  • Entrepreneurial drive with hands-on leadership and financial acumen.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in English, good command of the German language is a plus
